Hello Future Clients, 
My name is Coach Nico Tigulis, or Coach T by my numerous athletes I have had the privilege to coach.   I would like to introduce myself, and hopefully do it in person very soon.  I have taught and coached in Northwest Allen County Schools for 7 years.  I coached at  Carroll High School located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I helped the Chargers win Champions in variety of different sports.  I was the Strength & Conditioning instructor that trained both athletes and non athletes.  The Chargers have had excellent sports seasons since implementing my program. I am currently teaching in East Allen County Schools, were I train Heritage Jr Sr High School athletes in my Strength & Conditioning class.  We are currently building a program at Heritage.  When I first arrived we had a total of 22 students taking weight training.  We are currently around 100 students now. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC), a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW), and a Certified Speed & Agility Coach (CSAC).  I also have 20 years of football experience spanning from middle school to high school.  My wife, Abby Tigulis, teaches Social Studies at Heritage Jr High. We have three children Eli, Zeb, and Mila that are avid athletes themselves.
